Installation

Only install the TPM module in its designated slot as specified in the manual.

Do not attempt to insert it into any other slot or port simply because it fits!

  1. Run the Serial Checker: Please run the Serial checker and send a screenshot in to your ticket.

  2. Turn Off the System: Power off your computer and unplug the power cable to ensure safety.

  3. Open the Computer Case: Remove the side panel of your computer case to access the motherboard. This usually involves unscrewing the side panel or using quick-release mechanisms.

  4. Locate the TPM Slot: Refer to your motherboard manual to find the exact location of the TPM header or slot. It is typically a small connector labeled "TPM" or "JTPM."

  5. Align the TPM Module: Hold the TPM module and align its pins with the TPM header on the motherboard. Be sure to match the pin configuration, TPM headers have a missing pin to ensure proper alignment.

  6. Install the TPM Module: Gently press the TPM module into the header until it is fully seated. Make sure it sits flush with the motherboard and that the pins are correctly inserted.

  7. Close the Computer Case: Once the TPM module is installed, replace the side panel of your computer case and screw it back into place.

  8. Reconnect Power and Cables: Plug the power cable back into the system and reconnect any other cables you may have unplugged.

  9. Power On the Computer: Turn on the computer and enter the BIOS by pressing the appropriate key (often Del, F2, or F12).

  10. Enable TPM in BIOS (if needed): In the BIOS/UEFI settings navigate to the security settings, trusted computing system or similar and ensure TPM is enabled or set to dTPM, discrete TPM if available.

  11. Save Changes and Reboot: After enabling TPM in the BIOS, save your changes and exit. The computer will restart, and the TPM module should now be fully functional.

  12. Run the Serial Checker: Please run the Serial checker and send a screenshot in to your ticket. Wait for a staff member to approve!
